I love the Chocolate Namaste to get me on my walking routine. (10,000 steps, here I come!) I reward myself with a sip every 1000 steps. My grandson loves the Energy Bites. It's so much fun to come to BlissFuel at the Y!

I had encounter with the owner kind of rude must be having a bad day. Owning an operating as a CEO and an entrepreneur customers are always right! Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth needless to say. However, there’s one employee who is his saving grace, always serving with a smile. Owner needs to stay away from his register. I’ve encountered him as a very intrusive approach. You’re in the health business. You need to be smiling and servicing with intention.

I’ve tried acai bowls all over town and they usually are kinda weak and expensive. The other day I got a smoothie and an acai bowl from BlissFuel and it was SO GOOD. New favorite: Generous portions, not too pricey, gluten free granola. The smoothie was also sooo good and not watery. I was full for the rest of the day. I’ve been tempted to order the same thing every day since and I definitely might visit them for lunch this week a couple times.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Blissful Fuel. An employee was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and even verbally aggressive. She cursed at me and escalated the situation by threatening to fight me—a completely unacceptable and unprovoked response in any business setting. I came here expecting a positive, welcoming environment but left feeling disrespected and shocked by the level of hostility I encountered. It’s clear that the management needs to address their staff’s behavior and ensure that customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. Until major changes are made, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant experience.

Best açaí bowls in Jax. Friendly staff. The fruit is always fresh and the sorbet style açaí is delicious 😋
